I MADE A MISTAKE

My client left with less than desirable color. It wasn't bad.. but it wasn't what I promised. So here is what I did. 
She could choose to pay full price with a free adjustment service, OR pay less than the service price a then pay a small adjustment price when she came back. We are committed to delivering what we promise, and we do our best to make it right. Feel free to speak up if you are unhappy, it would hurt our feelings more if we just didn't see you again!

Don't wait until your hair is oily before you go for the dry shampoo.
Putting dry shampoo while your hair is still clean helps to absorb oil as it starts! 
And no worries if you air dry during the day, you can put it on right before you go to bed!
